It’s been a while since an Award Nomination has been given to me.-

Millie Thom is the blogger who gave the nomination to me and I thank her for thinking of me when she herself was nominated for several awards. The award is the Best Blog  Award??? I’m so excited!!!

Thank you, Millie, for the award nomination and for thinking of me. I will take your Best Blog Award because:

1. I am vain (not really but it may).

2.I like to think of my blog being a “best.”

I also want to congratulate you for all of the awards you received with more to come. You are such a great blogger, yourself and creative besides putting five awards on one blog post. You have a great blog, named simply Millie Thom (be sure to check it out) and a published author with three books published, so far. They are titled near the end of the blog post. I’ve always looked up to you as a mental, a blogger,) and an author and a friend as well.”

The Bloggers that I nominate are…

1. Mandi from mandibelle16

2. Jen and Rumpy from

3. Lizl from

4. any1mark frim

5. Isolated_girl from

6. Daryl Madden from

7. Tessa Smeigh from

The  Rules are:

1. Thank the person who nominated you.
2. Add the logo to your post
3. Nominate 5 – 10 bloggers of your choice and tell them about the award

My feeble attempt at some humor…

  1. Thank you for accepting and responding to my nomination, Susan, and for the shout about my books! I’m sorry for the late reply but I haven’t been on my blog for a while, as my elder daughter – who is 44 – has just had surgery for breast cancer. As you can imagine, it’s hit our family hard, especially as she keeps herself so fit and eats only ‘healthy’ foods. She starts chemotherapy soon, which isn’t something to look forward to.
Hope all is well with you and you’re looking forward to a lovely spring and summer. <3
