If It Walks Like a Duck…
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck is it a duck? These ducks were strange. They didn’t swim in the river or hang out on the river bank but instead hung out in the parking lot of the state park next to the river bank. There a wall had been built to keep kids and cars from going into the river, but the ducks could fly over easily if they wanted..
Some wondered why the ducks even stayed there. Nobody fed them and they didn’t seem to like the water. So, what was their story? They just looked like your average ducks…nothing special about them.
Of course, six-year-old Jaycee knew what made the ducks special. She saw them land in their special rocket. They were aliens disguised as ducks. Nobody believed her. After all, she was only six. She wondered if they were collecting artificial intelligence for an invasion. Soon enough everyone would believe her.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck…is it a duck?
